Account Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in managing customer relationships, ensuring high renewal rates, and identifying opportunities to drive expansion revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any challenges promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Regularly check in with clients to provide product updates, gather feedback, and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes with Coginiti’s solutions.

Renewal Revenue

  • Proactively manage the renewal process, ensuring contracts are renew on time with minimal churn.
  • Identify potential risks to account retention and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues that could impact renewals.

Expansion Revenue

  • Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and aligning them with Coginiti’s products or services.
  • Partner with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell solutions that deliver additional value to the customer.
  • Present compelling business cases for product adoption, leveraging data and insights to highlight ROI.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Product, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and renewals in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on renewal and expansion forecasts to management.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and/or driving upsell opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in SaaS, data analytics, or enterprise software industries.
  • Understanding of customer success methodologies and account growth strategies.
